The board where we track every developer worth approaching — who's researching what, who's been contacted, and what came back.

You're in the queue
Your account is made. Kevin approves people before they can see the board — you'll get access as soon as he does. Nothing else for you to do.

Create your account
Your name goes on every company you log, so the team can see who owns what and nobody pitches the same developer twice.

Who's working what
Everyone on the board is shown by their initials. Full names and email addresses stay with Kevin — you can see what a colleague is working without seeing who they are personally.
Bringing someone on
Send them this link. They create their own account, then wait here until you approve them — until you do, they can't see a single company.

Playbook
What we sell, and who buys it
Four products. One gate. Read this once and you'll know what to log and what to skip.
Every unita view from each residence, not six hero angles
Every lota boundary for each parcel, not a selection
~2 monthstypical turnaround, two revision rounds
Client details are confidential.
Never put a client's name, lot count, unit count or deliverable numbers in an outbound email, a proposal or a deck. We do not have written permission from our clients to publish those, and coverage figures identify a specific development. Describe the work — full coverage, flown at true height, boundaries tracked on real film. If a prospect asks who we've worked with, say you'll come back to them and ask Kevin.
The four products
Lot Lines
Boundaries drawn on real aerials
Every parcel outlined and labelled, tracked as the drone moves. No 3D — just the truth about what you're buying.
Buyer: whoever is selling land — masterplan developers, resorts, the brokerage repping the whole site.
Balcony Views
The real view from every unit
A drone flown to the exact height of each floor. The buyer of 1907 sees what 1907 will actually see.
Buyer: tower and condo developers in pre-sales, and the sales gallery running the launch.
Building Renderings
The building standing on the real site
The model match-moved into 4K drone film of the actual land. Everything behind it is real, which is why it doesn't read as CGI.
Buyer: anyone who needs an unbuilt thing to look real — launches, capital raises, planning hearings.
360° Views
A full turn from the middle of the lot
Shot from the centre of each parcel so a buyer sees their exact outlook in every direction.
Buyer: sold alongside Lot Lines — resort and island developments usually take it across every parcel.
The gate
All four, or it isn't a lead. The Add company flow asks you these one at a time.
1Enough of it8+ lots or 30+ units
2Someone with a budgetDeveloper or brand, not one owner

How a company moves
Move the status the day it moves. A three-week-old "Reached out" is worse than an empty row.
The email
Short, specific, proof first. Never attach anything — link to the site.
Subject: Selling {PROJECT} to buyers who can't stand on the land
{FIRST NAME},
You're selling lots at {PROJECT} to buyers who mostly won't walk them
before they sign. That's the problem we fix.
We fly the site and draw the exact parcel boundaries onto the real aerial
film — labelled per lot, holding to the land as the drone moves — plus a
full 360 from the centre of each parcel so a buyer sees their own outlook.
Not a site plan, not a rendering. The actual land, with the truth drawn
on it.
We've run this program end to end for luxury resort and private-island
developments in the Caribbean and the American Southwest.

Subject: The view from level 31 at {PROJECT}, before it's framed
{FIRST NAME},
When a buyer asks what they'll see from {UNIT}, what do you show them
right now?
We fly a drone to the exact height and position of every future residence
and shoot the real view — off the balcony, or from where the living-room
window will be. Every unit, floor by floor, not a handful of hero angles.
Teams use it to price each level and defend the premium, because the view
stops being an argument.
Typically about two months for a building of that size, with two rounds
of revisions built in.

One thing we forget
Our past clients already know the work, and they're all building something next. A warm introduction through one of them beats two hundred cold emails — ask Kevin who's worth approaching before you start a new list.
